How to delete your Sunrise Valley Drive game data yourself.

Sunrise Valley Drive (the “Game”) does not use its own player accounts, and Baseplate Interactive (“we”, “us”) does not operate servers that store personal data about you. Your game data is stored on your device and, if you sign in with Google Play Games, in your own Google account. This page explains how to delete that data yourself, and how to contact us if you need help.

Cloud save and achievements

If you signed in with Google Play Games, your progress is stored as a saved game in your Google account.

Do this step first, otherwise the Game may restore your progress from the cloud the next time you sign in.

  1. Open the Google Play Games app on your Android device.
  2. Tap your profile icon or More, then Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Play Games account & data.
  4. Under Delete individual game data, find Sunrise Valley Drive and tap Delete, then confirm.

This removes your saved progress and achievements for this Game from all your devices. It cannot be undone.

Game data on your device

Clear data

Go to Settings → Apps → Sunrise Valley Drive → Storage and tap Clear data.

Uninstall

Uninstall the Game.

This removes all locally stored progress, settings and downloaded game content.

Advertising data

The Game shows advertisements served by Google AdMob, which uses your device’s advertising ID.

  • Change your consentIn the EEA and UK: open the Game’s settings and tap Privacy options.
  • Reset or delete your advertising IDOn your device, go to Settings → Google → Ads (on some devices: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
  • Data held by GoogleData held by Google for advertising is managed through your Google account settings.

Purchases

Purchases in the Game are processed and stored entirely by Google Play. We never receive your payment details, and we cannot delete Google’s purchase records.

Deleting your game data does not remove your purchases: they stay linked to your Google account and are restored automatically when you reinstall the Game with the same account.

What we keep

We do not store personal data on servers of our own. Game content is delivered through Cloudflare; we do not use these downloads to identify you. If you email us, we keep your message only as long as needed to handle your request. More details are in our Privacy Policy.
